I have a great employee who is asking for a raise. However, she goes to the restroom multiple times a day. Should I use this as an excuse to not give her the raise?

If she is a great employee…give her a raise, period. Maybe getting up often is what helps her to think better. When she stops doing a great job then I would analyze why, but until then, be thankful for having a great employee and give her the raise!
