I may get fired because I know for sure that we are going to miss a deadline as a team. Should I tell my boss that it's not my fault?

No. Do you want to tell them it’s not your fault to save your job? If so, that will not help you and I feel it could make your situation worse. Instead, make a list of all of your completed tasks that were assigned you on this project and when pulled into a meeting to let you go as you fear will happen, let your boss know you understand their disappointment and that you have taken the liberty of documenting all that you personally contributed (the more detailed the better) in hopes that they will reconsider. Do not throw anyone under the bus, instead, show them your personal contribution. Good luck!

Hope this helps!
