Is it possible that I can interview at some company who assumingly offer me a position, while I haven't put in my notice to my current employer?
Yes, why would you put in your notice before you get an offer somewhere else? What if you do not get the job and now you are out of work? What I do recommend is if you are leaving due to money/salary only, you meet with your supervisor and ask for an increase based on your accomplishments, etc. and if you do not get an increase, then you start your search…giving your employer the opportunity before you find another position and not after you get another offer. It’s also a good idea not to interview on company time if possible instead interview on your time off or before or after hours.
Hope this helps!
