Can I take back my resignation in Capgemini after supervisor approved it?

All you can do is to try…I would speak to your Supervisor and let them know that something has changed that was instrumental in making the decision to leave and you would like to rescind your resignation. You can reiterate how happy you are there. Less is more that is all you have to say. This is assuming that you resigned amicably. It really depends on the reason you told them you are leaving as to how you would approach this. If they know another offer fell through that puts you at a disadvantage. I would have to know the reason you provided them when you resigned to give you a more detailed response.

If you decide to rescind the resignation, the sooner you do it the better because if your department has spent resources to replace you and are heavily invested in interviewing for your position and they have seen viable candidates it might make it more challenging. Time is of the essence so move quickly!
