Every day that goes by the less likely your chances are of getting the position. They are a huge company and it may take longer than other companies, but I would continue interviewing with other companies as a back-up. If they left the call without an action step, that may mean they have many other candidates to interview and will get back to you when they finish interviewing all candidates. Hard to tell…they should have told you on the last call what you can expect in ways of feedback or next step, etc. Too bad you have to seek outside sources for answers because they left you hanging. If you have been waiting over 30 days, in my opinion, you should move on.
